Review on ActiveAccounting by Chad Mills

I like how it is simple yet has all the necessary functionality. It helps me track my business better than any other software out there. The interface could be improved by adding more customization options. Also, I think they should have an option where you can download your data from the cloud into another program without having to purchase additional licenses. Some of the features are not as intuitive when compared to some other programs. For example, importing inventory is very confusing if you are not familiar with this type of functionality. It would also be good to know what the total cost will be at certain points in time before making any purchases. I am able to easily keep track of stock levels from one screen instead of opening multiple windows.
