This is a cute doodpup that fits well but like others of its kind features a zip to help keep it in place. Of course, the zipper is effectively permanent since you have to cut it off to remove the plug. If you don't use a zip tie or something like that, the connector just disappears. (This is my second time, the first time was the same connector from a different manufacturer, but the same problem.) The springy plastic tabs just don't do the trick - and they feel flimsy. Hitch bolt as this would mean the bolt stays plugged in all the time and is constantly exposed to the dirt on the road. Nice idea, but not very well implemented on several levels. (And I don't need to change it for it to work well, but when I get it back it does.)
