Poorly made and extremely difficult to install. Installing round rubber seals requires three good hands and luck. In the end I gave up and installed without them. One of the magnets fell out when I opened the box. The valve seals fell off right out of the box. There were scratches on the plastic door (return item?). After (and before) installation, the door rubs against the door frame and jams. I had to shave some of the plastic off with a Dremel tool before it worked. I have installed five different pet doors of different sizes and from four different brands and this is by far the worst. I'm not a hobbyist, I worked in a quarry which required both fine and gross motor skills and I know bad quality when I see it. This is bad design and poor workmanship.
