Even better customer service than the collar
The only disadvantage of the collar is the programmable button. Our dog loves to scratch his collar and he scratched out the button and made it not work. It's called Pet Safe and they have a new one for us on the way for free. Bought more than 8 months ago. We really appreciate the recharge compared to our old collar. Also nice is the light that shows it's on. This is the second item we have had to call Pet Safe for a guarantee and they have been amazing both times. A one-year warranty you can trust is backed.
