Review on ✨ Enhanced Tourbox NEO Photo and Video Editing Console: Simplify Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, SAI, Premiere, and More with Customizable Creative Inputs (Black) by Ricky Brooks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Nice though. best input device

It arrived in nice packaging that looked like an expensive phone booth. The weight of the product was a pleasant surprise as its weight helps a lot in keeping the object on the table during use. The additional USB port on the back is a bonus feature that I initially overlooked but now find very useful. Works great with Photoshop as expected, but I planned to use it with Premiere and After Effects and found it lacked features for those programs. I was really hoping it would work well for tweaking parameter values, like in effect controls or Lumetri color settings in Premiere. but I couldn't get it to work properly. The same applies to After Effects. As a side note, I'm using CC 2019 versions and haven't tried any of the older versions of the software. However, to my surprise, I decided to keep this product because it turned out to be very handy for YouTube videos (pause, play, frame by frame, etc.) and my video players like "PotPlayer" or DJV. I've also recently found that it works great with OBS Studio. I'm hoping that the console software that came with the product will eventually be updated to fix my problems with Premiere and After Effects. But now I just have to wait.*** UPDATE. October 9, 2019 Shortly after my original post, I was contacted and worked with support to resolve issues I was having with Premiere Pro and After Effects (as well as a website linking issue). After several weeks of testing, they soon made an updated beta version of the software available for me to test. Luckily I was surprised to find that the new software solved all my problems and now the Turbobox is working great. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 because they worked hard to meet my needs for their product. Confirmed: Turbox now works great with Premiere Pro (Lumetri) and After Effects to adjust settings with dials.
