There was almost nothing I didn't like about this product. It is very durable and easy to install. The only difficulty was finding a stud in the wall so I could fasten it. The design was obviously well thought out. You need to make sure the mount isn't blocking your TV's inputs (only an issue if the inputs are on the back of the TV and not the bottom or side). There were a few velcro straps that I used to route the cables. I didn't think about it before, but after connecting the cable box, Blu-ray player and power, the cables looked messy at first. I used velcro and it gave a much better overall look. It was a surprisingly affordable item for something with so much reach and adjustability. Definitely a good choice!
