They are supplied with everything needed for a watertight connection. I use these in my grill island to connect a pigtail led controller to the led wiring. But they worked almost perfectly. I decided to replace the screw terminal connection that came with the kit with 2 lever type connections with two connectors. This was my first experience with lever joints and they are a lot simpler than tiny set screws. Nice that a small screwdriver is included for splicing the screw terminals. These boxes were large enough for my two 2-pin arm splices and 12V DC input and output cables. The input cable had adequate shielding so the rubber grommet/gasket on these boxes was just the right size. The output cable (to the LEDs) was too small. Finally I put some silicone in the sleeve to make the seal waterproof. However, this was to be expected given the dimensions given. The only minor downside is that I didn't see any ETL or UL entries on it. Since I only use them to protect 12V splices I wasn't too worried.
