Bought this product in 2017. The first time I cut cabbage perfectly. After that, it became useless or unusable. The reason was that after the first use, we washed the product, put it away for storage and then tried to use it again, but the wood was very warped, which became unusable. Spent $39 for just one use - it sucks. I want the company to do a little research and apply that sharp edge to something that doesn't change after a wash. I would only buy this product if you plan to use it once or if you never wash or wet wood.
