Hi all! I purchased this watch in Hong Kong, a Samsung store located in Gum. After several days of operation, a defect was found on the watch, the notification on the watch itself does not work well, the screen does not light up, or it lights up literally for a second. I turned to the SC several times, each one told me that everything was fine with the watch, although there was a defect. I was refused a request to make an exchange / refund, citing an examination that did not find a defect, which is not surprising. In general, after such an attitude towards their customers, I donβt want to have anything personal with this company. If you encounter a detailed problem, be prepared that Samsung will not help you, and you will be left with products that will have a defect, I do not rule out the same with other products.
