The biggest problem with this is the installation of the window part! My husband and I got extra caulk (foam) to keep the sliding parts flush with the window. It's worth it - protects from hot air and insects! The device itself is quite loud, you can have a conversation on it, but not at a normal volume. Would buy the coverall again because it cools the room so damn efficiently!
