This is a really nice watch and it seems to be well made. But if you ditch the good looks, it's a real disappointment - both as a fitness tracker and as a smartwatch. The instruction manual is terrible. Scan the QR code on your watch or download the app and start crafting yourself. You can also change all the settings from the phone itself. The touch screen of the watch works perfectly. For fitness activities, swipe the top stem of the watch and swipe to scroll through Steps/BP/Heart Rate/Sleep. There's a sensor on the back of the watch that supposedly measures all of these things. Blood pressure and pulse were extremely inaccurate compared to the actual blood pressure cuff that I own and use regularly. The pedometer function works perfectly. I don't know about the sleep function because this watch is too big and uncomfortable to wear to bed all night. The smartwatch functionality was completely unusable for me as an iPhone user. It connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth, but neither incoming nor outgoing calls can connect. Message notifications only work from SMS text devices or text apps (not iMessage). It has options to download music and a few other things (if you can figure it out). If you need a fitness watch, go to FitBit; If you want a smartwatch, choose Apple. Such counterfeit products are not worth the hassle and inaccuracy.
