Workout anywhere you have a door

This is a great little utility. With the fitness strap door anchor, I can quickly setup a way to exercise and stay in shape. The device makes a small visual footprint so there is no need to take it down. It’s very easy to setup and take down if you want to. I have another one of these so I can do strap pull-downs (set at the top of the door) and strap pull-ups (set at the bottom of the door). However this product is better than the first one I got. This one uses a carabiner which secures the straps in place. My original anchor just uses a hook which the straps can (but not likely) slip off during usage. This one is an upgrade in quality.

It’s totally useless: once it is attached, it becomes impossible to shut the door, because it’s too thick; but with the door open it swings back and forth! Perhaps if used with some other surface, not the door, it could be better, but what other surface? I needed it for the door.
