I recently purchased this product and am in the process of assembling my desk. Everything seemed to work properly and then I installed my operating system. It kept throwing me a BSoD. The error was the same every time and I looked around. Most solutions consisted of running a memory test and I did. No problem. But my computer kept freezing and restarting. Changed RAM slots, no improvement. I decided to grab a stick and my computer stopped freezing. I've been playing with it for hours and it doesn't crash. I swapped two rams to make sure my ram failure hypothesis was correct. I left it alone for 10 minutes and came back to it with an error and a reset. All right, that's fine. Bad ram and it happens. I am contacting the company with my issue AFTER they email me to email me if I have a problem. A month later I received no reply. TL:DR The product was good but with faulty RAM. The support service says they will help but they don't reply to the letter.
