Review on Melissa & Doug Let's Play House: Dusting, Sweeping, Mopping! 6 Piece Pretend Play Set by Laura Jackson

I bought this set for my 2 year old daughter who loves to help around the house. She enjoys using them but can't put them back on the holder because the loops are made of rope and require more fine motor skills than she does. I end up having to pick up the pieces several times a day and put them back on the holder for them, which of course is exhausting. Having worked with young children for quite some time I can assure you that most young children will not take the time or effort to put them back on the holder properly making it really useless. While I find the design cute, it could be a lot more useful than it actually is. I could try replacing the cords with something less flexible, like zip ties or twine.
