For the money I paid for these (we have 5 of these in the house) I was expecting a lot more range. Maybe we're idiots and set it up wrong, but we had a professional business network consultant come in and set it all up for us. But the range is really limited. 15-20 meters at best, and that's when installed in optimal locations. With walls in between, each wall intersects a good 5 meters or so. Wifi access from outside so we can open certain automatic gates and doors? Not by chance. The devices allowed switching between hotspots fairly decently, I'll admit, if not super-fast. I probably wouldn't get it again if I did it again, maybe I should have done what everyone else has done and gotten an Eero or Lux system. For the price I really can't give more than 1 star for performance although the switcher works so I'm giving it 1 star. I will update this if my experience changes.
