She didn't tell me how she liked it but I have the same one and I like it. Let me say that the 3 stars for accuracy has nothing to do with the digital temperature displayed. Accuracy refers to the temperatures displayed for the meat, which are shown to the left of the knob. It says that the chicken should be heated to 185 degrees and the recommended temperature is now 165 and for other minced meat 160. In any case, I would suggest searching the internet for the updated meat temperature for each type of meat. I mainly use mine to check bread, english muffins etc and am happy with the accuracy.
