The product is not intuitive to use and the written instructions are confusing and misleading. The company had to hire a decent English speaker if they wanted to sell in English speaking countries. The icons on the screen don't actually indicate work, and it's difficult to go back if you've chosen the wrong operation without completing it completely. I had trouble installing the micro SD card I bought to increase storage and it's harder to find in the options line. It is very difficult to load new documents, pictures, music or whatever onto a Micro SD without physically ejecting it and using a chip reader/writer. I do not recommend this product to anyone with above average technical skills. However, it can be annoying.
