The product is not intuitive to use and the written instructions are confusing and misleading. The company had to hire a decent English speaker if they wanted to sell in English speaking countries. The icons on the screen don't actually indicate work, and it's difficult to go back if you've chosen the wrong operation without completing it completely. Very good tablet, so far I like it and it does everything it is supposed to do, it downloads apps from the google play store very quickly. I was able to watch YouTube, access Facebook, check email, and search the web with no issues. The WiFi connection works at home and at work, I was unable to connect in a car park outside of Nordstorms even though the network was open and available. It played music from my SD card very well. The tray is fine, nothing special. The charger doesn't work either, I need to set up the charger to charge the tablet. The touch sensor is a little buggy. But a normal tablet. Bought this tablet and received it fairly quickly after shipping. The tablet's physical condition was really good and I was satisfied with its performance. The touchscreen response is very responsive, which is nice because I've bought several other tablets like this one and found that you have to put more effort into tapping icons etc. I had an issue with the charger and charging port but contacted customer service and got a no fuss partial refund which was really nice. My 3 year old granddaughter is very comfortable working with tablets as she "borrows" my Galaxy Note 10.1, her mother's Asus 300T and her sister's iPad. We didn't need the expensive LeapFrog series, since these types of tablets cannot be "borrowed" from their other sisters. The tablet worked perfectly right out of the box, but after a couple of weeks it had trouble turning on without restarting. I actually ordered a second block for my granddaughter for Christmas, but while downloading some kids apps I noticed the same problem with the second block.
