What is the point where android doesn't act like one?

My 3 year old granddaughter is very comfortable working with tablets as she "borrows" my Galaxy Note 10.1, her mother's Asus 300T and her sister's iPad. We didn't need the expensive LeapFrog series, since these types of tablets cannot be "borrowed" from their other sisters. Well we thought she should have her own so she can watch her Netflix kids movies. Well, Netflix loaded well, but that's about it. You cannot download the Playstore app and the tablet is not listed in the compatible apps list. There are other applications such as B. our cable provider, which also cannot be downloaded to this tablet and our attempts only return an error message. Yes, the tablet costs $100, but I expected it to be compatible with the Android app even at that price point. He comes back.
