I'm only giving three because the people at P&J are so great. If this was the old formula I would give it five stars. I bought a few last year that I really liked and also a few others that I've reordered and was disappointed even though I liked the originals. But the new non-phthalate one is very weak and not even stable. I don't know what phthalates are, but they seem to make essential oils smell much better.
