Great tool for the school garden
We use these knives for our school garden. I ordered flexible cutting boards and knives for the students to cut the vegetables we pick from the garden. The students were very happy to have their own knives and we used them to cut garlic bulbs for the (vegan) herb butter. We plan to use knives year-round to cut lettuce, cabbage, chard, and salad herbs that we prepare and eat in our garden.
