These are manufactured by Vitoria to Silca tubing spec and appear to have corrected this issue in their version on Vitoria latex tubing. Both installed easily into new tires (which are even stiffer than multi-mile tires) - no pinching - I got extension kits and Silca did it again. They matched the stock valve well - they even came with a small installation tool - and the little aero rubber straps that come with the extension valves were also easy to install, although I doubt they'll be used.
