I hesitated as I am not a spring chick. I didn't want to look like I was trying to look too old. I'm 5'2 so it doesn't overwhelm me like a tote bag. It has enough space for my iPhone 11Max, wrist/wallet pocket, small essentials and maybe my iPad mini if I need it. It's real pebbled leather (smell and all!) and looks as pretty as a Michael Kors bag - no price and guarantee in the same year. If I really had a social life I would buy it even in the red. This is not an anti-theft bag, but it does have a small slot that you can slip a small wallet in to hide behind your back. It's nice not having to juggle your wallet at the store, stuffing hand sanitizer in the outside pockets and keeping it going. I bought a small one.
