Does not light up. Even in black light!
I bought this for my DD's glow in the dark party but guess what? Doesn't really light up! It was a plain black plastic tablecloth that was neither light nor bright. It didn't glow in the dark so I had to make it brighter by adding Astrobright's paper cutouts. I could use a plain white or black tablecloth and get better results.
