I found out about this during my recent hospital stay to help my body recover better. Tried the lemonade flavor, not bad but I think I'll go back to the grape flavor I had in rehab/hospital. Also, sometimes I have symptoms of hypoglycemia, but instead of sugar, I need protein. I was having a bad day and just mopped the kitchen floor. Since the bottle was within my reach, I was able to pour some into my glass of iced tea. Gave a different flavor but got me off the attack quickly.
