Ticked Off - my new review

The mats are beautiful and elegant. However, as someone else stated they arrived folded in half. Not only did they arrive folded in half, they had another heavy item that I purchased on top of it in the same box. The crease in the middle of the mats is extremely difficult to come out. I am debating on sending them back. Such a bummer.

I bought these for my mom and she loves them I just don’t like that they come folded
