When the pandemic destroyed my favorite coffee shop, it was time to do some chores. What this machine lacks in physical beauty, it more than makes up for in performance. Setup and use are easy. There is a guide and a quick start guide. You can grind the beans or use a powder. It's programmable and you can easily customize or use presets. Prepares ristretto, espresso, regular coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, latte coffee, long coffee and hot milk. There's also a coffee pot function, as well as the ability to make a drink or two at a time. It's pretty quiet and fast. The coffee is definitely delicious. The foam concentrate works best with dairy products. The nut and oat milks were pretty pathetic. The car is big and not particularly attractive. The capacity is small, but it is quite possible to make double shots. Cleaning is easy and the detachable components are dishwasher safe. The milk tube is washed automatically. There is no carafe, no heating plate. The kit contains descaling tablets and cleaning agents. If you love good coffee, this machine is worth the investment.
