So I have to admit I was skeptical, having just turned on the Bissell Crosswave (the one that was supposed to be easy to vacuum, mop and clean yourself). Well, this little baby might not vacuum, but it definitely cleans my floors better than a much more expensive floor standing machine! Cleans up pretty well after a puppy mess (after I've done everything with a paper towel of course) and disinfects the floor pretty well. It takes a few seconds to warm up and start vaping, glides easily across my laminate floors and doesn't get stuck on my uneven tile floors. The pad will be like new after washing with a small amount of bleach. Love it!
