I received 21 of these for some iPads for work that are often passed from person to person. They are very easy to install as they have a rubber coating that covers the entire back of the iPad. Installation was very easy and took seconds. It comes with a small plastic pruning tool, but you don't need it. Simply peel off the rubber around the edges, open the plastic case, insert your iPad, close the plastic case and put the rubber cover back on. Just make sure the rubber band around the screen is tight. It creates a beveled rubber frame around the screen and appears to be the lifesaver of a dropped iPad. It also has a kickstand so you can place your iPad on the table. The staff like the look and were happy to have it. I highly recommend them. If you want extra protection for your iPad, consider a tempered glass screen protector. The cost of a screen protector and this case is definitely nothing compared to replacing the screen or the iPad itself.
