So I only got this heatsink because it was the only one available. It's ok it fits PS5 but I would prefer a heatsink with screws, the heatsinks are exposed to a lot of heat which causes the metal to expand. In this case, the heatsink just wraps around the SSD and dangles a bit, even with the thermal pads on. With the extra heat causing the metals to expand and the loose nature of this heatsink, I can't say it's very good. I would recommend a heatsink that uses screws to attach the SSD. The top heatsink of the SSD moves back and forth slightly, so it's not the most reliable heatsink overall. As soon as there are better options, I will buy a better radiator. As for heat dissipation, it seems to be working, if my PS5 overheats I'll definitely report it. UPDATE: I got it back on October 4th after a few weeks, it worked fine so I upped it to 4 stars, there was no overheating, no stuttering, I played Warzone at 120fps for a few hours and then Transferring a few games back and forth between the PS5's internal SSD and a Firecuda 530. I have a Seagate Firecuda 530 with a built in heatsink, the quality is much better than a third party. heatsink and it comes with the best thermal pads.
