Last week I changed the front wheel. It was a new tire so I inflated it to the maximum pressure (40psi). However, I later found that the air was losing value. I thought something was wrong with the valve stem so I bought this and installed it but it was still leaking. I then removed the tire and cleaned the sealant, checked my rim and found that some of the tape covering one of the punctures was broken, perhaps because it was already worn and too thin to withstand high pressure (I usually drive with 20psi ). but I pumped up to 40 when installing). The nipples seem to seal well so even if there is a leak in the spoke holes on the inside of the rim, the air will end up escaping through the valve rather than the spoke hole itself. So before replacing the valve, make sure your tape is in order. One thing I found interesting was that almost all tubeless valves on Amazon have negative reviews about leaking. I believe some of them could be caused by a broken ligament. The PS Tubeless Ready system uses tape when you use a UST system. who is without nipple holes, you don't have this problem. My problem was solved after changing the band, this valve seals quite well.
