I would like to have 2 probes so that I can read the temperature of the oven and the meat at the same time. Or have one in each oven (we have a double oven). I couldn't figure out how to change the timer after it was set. It didn't reset, so I couldn't add time or subtract time. I had to turn it off and on again. Other than that, it's easy to use and will hopefully last a long time.
