FIRE HAZARD! fits ceiling fans and accessories
Fan Motor In the kit I received there is a receiver designed for a fan rated at no more than 1 amp - a dangerous mistake! This receiver would certainly overheat if operated at double the load for which it is rated, which could have set the ceiling on fire. Fortunately, I discovered the error before i installed the kit.If you order this kit be sure to check the amperage and current draw of your fan to make sure you don't have overheating issues.
