works for me on starter

I have bought several of these 30A fused, 30A without fused, 60 and 80A to install in my drag truck making it a weekend road truck power. It's cheaper to buy them here than going to your local parts store. I have 4 ground wires going to the body in different places. Batteries - dual fans, water pump, fuel pump, transmission cooler mounted under truck. Everything is on a ground wire that extends out from the ground wire - not in the way most people just ground an object to the chassis. I like to make sure I have very good ground. I also want to make sure that when the truck is idling I have 14 volts in the cab of the truck on the ignition and power is coming out of it. The switches work for me without any problems with every update from 10/26/2019 with the relay there are no problems. I haven't blown a fuse yet. Some people may have problems, poor ground source, small wire size, starting current greater than 30 amps. - The booster airflow may be high when you first turn it on. All power supplies should be tested for current draw at startup so you can match the relay to the amps you are using. I have 4 ground wires. I have two 2800cfm fans, a 14 gallon fuel pump, water pump and fan cooler. My fans both draw 32-35 amps on startup and then run at around 22 amps. So I use 60/80 amp relays on my fans. . For everything else I use a 30 amp relay. At idle with both fans, fuel pump, water pump, transcooler fan - 30 amp relay, my amp draw is 68 amps. For some people having trouble I hope this helps. I have 8 gauge wire on the front fans, 10 gauge wire on the rest. I am not using the wiring that came with the kit.
