Squeak in less than a year

Received in September, arrived fit and working quickly but they are already squeaking and need replacing. I drive short distances, no more than 20 minutes from my home, the beach, the doctor's house and family homes. I only ride shirt distance less than 4 days a week and these brakes scream when I slow down not really happy with them would not buy again
