I bought this as a gift for a bachelorette party so this rating is not based on personal use. The packaging is beautiful. Flexible silicone is also good. The infusor is larger than expected, but that's okay. The container can hold a lot of loose tea, but for a cup you'll probably fill it 1/4-1/2 full. I compared it to a quarter for you guys. My order was for 12 infusors, so I picked a few at random from the box. Some are nice and shiny, some are dirty so I recommend washing/polishing them before using/gifting. The fine mesh doesn't seem to be a problem as long as the tees aren't thinner than holes. Update: I had a chance to use this and I love it! The infuser fits snugly in a standard jar and floats like a buoy. Easy to clean. Silicone can keep the smell of tea, but will not affect the next use. That's something I can overcome. The fine mesh is the best. I've been very picky about my infusors depending on how fine the mesh is. The network works very well. The holes were punched evenly and of equal size without overlapping. Extremely fine particles could pass through the holes, but they had to be very small, almost in powder form, like the last bit of liner at the bottom of the bag, smaller than the grains of salt, just the ones that went through the holes. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend! I'm glad I bought them for 12 others!
