I love this product! I am planning to buy one for my mother and also for my sister. It turned out to be smaller and looks and feels more durable than originally expected, which made me very happy. I usually add half the recommended water. I use my favorite natural liquid body soap, which I also use on my face, and it lathers like magic, really like marshmallows or whipped cream. Some reviewers say it doesn't work, but you'll probably have to adjust the amount of water and try until it works. For a demo for my mom I used dish soap to make suds and she made a very nice thick big suds and she was amazed. If this doesn't work for you, I suggest you adjust the amount of water. This product is a great addition to my usual skincare routine as I've been told to lather my face gently to avoid rubbing my hands (which can damage skin and create wrinkles).
