I first saw something like this at a national park campground. They were used to indicate that the campsite was busy. I thought it was a really smart idea. I also wanted to add a set of safety markings to our van in case we need to pull over to the side of the road. This set of four collapsible traffic cones weighs less than four pounds and packs into an included bag for storage measuring up to 10" x 11" x 5.75" and does both well. The base of the cone is lightweight plastic, 9 1/2 square inches. Each cone folds to a thickness of 1 1/4" and is easy to unfold and fold. Not included. The bulbs have three modes: continuous ,slow flashing and fast flashing. The lights activate automatically when pushed into the top of the cone. The light switch changes mode. Each cone has two reflective strips that run up around the cone. The kit contains four cones, four lamps and a plastic carrying bag with handles the bases of the cones are so light and not so wide that they are not particularly stable in windy conditions the second problem of course has the advantage that the whole kit is light and compact for storage and that Problem Stability can be reduced by putting a separate weight on the base But overall, whether it's a car or RV, or even just e s to be tucked away in an apartment/house or garage, this is a great set of high visibility traffic cones that don't take up much storage space.
