The tool could have been more robust and had more features but they do offer lots of flexibility via API access. They did work very hard with us to try and find out what we needed and how best it could be delivered to suit our needs. There are 3 options - one being paid hosted service which would cost you quite some capital expenditure and time. We went down the app store route which involved creating an app in their own environment which was then uploaded onto our servers where our customers can use them. This has required setting up a whole new IT infrastructure within the organisation including application hosting & security. It's been worth it though! I like the ease of use and the fact that it is cloud based. I also like that it is able to track multiple versions of the same file. I dislike that it takes a long time to open a file. It is a great way to track multiple versions of the same file. I have been able to track multiple versions of a file and have been able to see the changes. This has helped me to be able to see what changes were made to a file.
