I use it as an underwater light for my pier (seaside house). This is a 110V LED string but I hooked it up to the 12V transformer I installed earlier and it worked. I had underwater lights, but they all broke down quickly, water got in and I started looking for an alternative. I found this LED garland that I ordered. The insulation looked solid and I placed it underwater around my dock. Now it pleases me and my neighbors. It is bright enough to illuminate the water underwater at a depth of 6-8 feet. I use it for other purposes but it suits me. A week under water and still working. Probably the best solution to the problem I had. At the moment I recommend it for both indoor and outdoor use.
