I can't make earbuds that fit the inner ear because my ear canals are too big. This style seems to work really well for me as they fit my outer ear perfectly. I usually stick with certain brands once I find something that works, but my regular brands seem to be drifting away from this style and cost a lot more than I'm willing to pay. So far they've been pretty good quality for the price and have lasted longer than my normal use which can get a little rough. I also love that I have three sets which means I can have one set for my car (in case I forget), one set for my purse and one set for my laptop. I have no complaints about the sound quality either, so it's not like those kits where it feels like you're speaking through a clap or hearing mush of static. To be honest I'll probably buy this again in the future while it's still available. Great buy for the price and definitely meets my needs. I think if I were someone very interested in cutting-edge audio technology I'd have a few nitpicks, but let's face it, when you look at this you're not looking for cutting-edge technology, you're looking for something enduring. and it works well, which they definitely do.
