Review on Mr Heater F215100 3800 BTU Propane by Osoulo Sharp

Bought this in the summer but obviously didn't need to use it as it was hot then. I used this heater for the first time last weekend and although the igniter worked and I could see a small flame, the disc did not trap or give off any heat. I got cold in my tent while camping and I was really looking forward to this heater. This product was expensive and I would like to find an easy replacement for one that works. Mine still has the tags and I still have the box it came in. I've never used it, it's brand new. I hope the owner/dealer reads this and gets in touch to resolve the issue. Thank you.
