Not waterproof / flood resistant.

The product description mentions one of the intended uses of the product: flood protection. I don't think this document holder is completely waterproof let alone flood proof. A zipper is used to close it. Forget the fact that the zipper itself can probably let water through, but there is a gap at the very end because it doesn't close completely. I'm almost certain that water will get there easily if submerged in a tide.
