Review on Offroading Gear Synthetic Shackles Storage by Drexel Wortham

Bought because I like the idea of soft temples instead of metal D rings. A lot of my buddies said you can't, don't trust them, rope is nowhere near as good as steel. Based on reviews, YouTube videos and general understanding of the materials, I've chosen these. The initial hope is value for money. The first impression upon receipt is that they look good but do not affect the carrying capacity of the actual product. First use - worked well. but one of the knots began to untie on the third use - very worried, the knots are disconnected, it is no longer safe to use. I've tried emailing, texting, and calling offroadinggear. The first letter received a quick reply, the product is under warranty. Then after contacting them for more than 3 weeks I still can't get an answer on how to get a replacement under warranty.
