Review on πŸ”¬ Enhanced Stainless Single Pressure Internals Display for Accurate Testing, Measuring & Inspecting by Jason Epstein

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good caliber, but use a lot of Teflon when assembling.

You must wrap the teflon tape 5 full turns around the gauge before placing the garden hose adapter on it, then tighten until you feel you can't turn it anymore or it stops. This was the only way to stop the leak. The main reason for the leak is that you have a steel fitting and a brass fitting, both of which must be made of the same material, which is why I gave four stars. Also refer to the label on the side of the meter for piercing a vent hole in the rubber stopper at the top of the meter or cutting off the tip of the stopper. From this point on, the pressure gauge must be installed or held vertically so that no oil escapes. If you don't vent, the gauge will go high first and then gradually lower, but that can't be good for the gauge. Everything seems accurate, but I haven't checked with other sensors.
