Review on Classic Style: Women'S Plaid Pleated Skirt With Elastic Waistband - Perfect For School Uniform by Chris Nako

This skirt is so cute in the photos, I was disappointed that in real life it was so poorly sewn. The pleats look good but the lining is cheap and tearing and the seams around the waistband look like I could have sewn them (and I am NOT a seamstress so that is not a compliment to anyone). The fabric is coarse but I imagine it will soften up with a few washes. Because it is put together in an odd fashion, the skirt bunches up awkwardly around where the pleats meet the waistline whether it is on me or off of me. Had I paid one third the price I would have expected this quality, but alas it was not worth what I paid. Haven't decided yet whether I will be sending it back but I am not thrilled with what I received. I wanted it to fit a little loose and long so I bought an XL. The fit (with the exception of those odd bunches and buldges from poor sewing) was correct.
