I chose a speaker between Jbl Xtreme 2, H / K Go Play Mini, Kilburn 1 and 2. Jbl does not sound bad, the basses bang, they bang, in my opinion the column is more suitable for modern 2022 rap. Harman Kardon sounds very worthy, but the well-known problem with its charge and battery controller immediately pushed me away from the purchase, although I still thought to close my eyes to this jamb and buy it. Kilburn 1 doesn't sound bad, not bad until you put a Kilburn 2 next to it, the difference in volume and depth of sound is immediately audible and it's amazing how such a cool sound fits into such a small case. The bass and treble controls are on the sixth division out of ten, on some tracks the window sill starts to rattle from the bass (mostly in the kitchen on the windowsill). With an average volume in the kitchen, the speaker lost 10 days on a single charge (I listened in the mornings and evenings), I didn’t even expect such autonomy, comparing with the H / K Go Play Mini it’s just space. Many reviews write that there are almost no differences in Kilburn 1 and 2, although this is far from the case: - Power difference + 44% - 20+ hours of work - Battery charge indicator with ten scales - fast charging - Ability to charge the battery in the off state - Bluetooth 5.0 - Multi host function - Handle made of leather, in the first leatherette - 360 sound (rear speaker) - Sound pairing / disconnection, sound when the battery is discharged - Moisture protection - Metal front mesh If for someone these pluses are not pluses, but minor improvements, then feel free to buy the first version, it sounds and looks decent too. I noticed an interesting thing, when listening to Kilburn 1 via bluetooth and aux, the difference in sound is heard in favor of aux, on Kilburn 2 this difference is not heard at all, now I listen only via bluetooth, I tested it on my wife and mother-in-law :) - they said the same thing, the difference is not audible. But audiophiles with gold cables and tube ear will likely hear the difference. I tested the speakers at home for 3 days, not in the store, like some commentators from YouTube, according to this opinion is more or less balanced.
