Works fine, here's a 2005 Corolla. I made sure the rear port is 6+6 before ordering, which means you have to pull out the radio / CD conveniently. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could even use the CD player with a device connected to it. If you have a CD in the player, this accessory will be ignored, regardless of whether it is playing or not. To use the accessory, just take a CD out of the player (it's all controlled by the Toyota head unit anyway). The volume is a bit lower as someone mentioned, but that's not a problem. Only small problem noticed: I installed the box, if it is a device, just behind the glove box and the cable is not long enough to get to the place where to install the phone to the cards to use. So I'm going to buy a dual 3.5mm jack and another cable to take care of that. Still, for $20 I think it's great
