I wasn't sure how difficult this camera would be to install but it was pretty easy. I tested it on my pickup and then took the extra step. I tested it by hooking it up to my RV so I can see where I'm going when I return to the campsite. It works there as long as the distance is not greater than Bluetooth can handle. Since it's easy to connect, I probably usually use it on my pickup truck and then carry it to the camper when we go camping. I think I could add velcro to the bottom of the transmitter to make it easy to move. I haven't used it at night to see how well it sees in the dark but I expect it to be good. The daylight image is amazingly clear and you can change the brightness, contrast, etc. on the in-car display.
