However given the low price you would expect these mounts to be die cast (rather than extruded or forged) aluminum, I was rather disappointed with the inconsistent ones threads for the adjusting screws. Of the package of 20 brackets, 10 had two holes properly threaded, 8 had threaded holes with chips or burrs that needed tapping before screwing in the fasteners, and two had one hole missing the thread. While none of this guaranteed a product would be discontinued for a refund, the rework required was a waste of time and would have been even more problematic had I not already had metric taps.
